Custom bash service manager with phased dependency-ordered boot, Docker health-waits, poll-based readiness detection, and launchd auto-start. 20 ngrok tunnels routing across 5 custom domains. Host ARM PostgreSQL plus per-tenant containerized Postgres/Redis. Centralized OAuth 2.1 identity via smolnerd-accounts. Local LLM stack (exo, LM Studio) with 3-tier model routing and warmup service. Discord-native agent orchestration with per-tenant sandboxed agents.
Reusable chat backend behind every SmolNerd tenant. 3-tier LLM routing, MCP tools, Redis-backed streaming with late-join replay. Pluggable adapters so each crop wires its own data, tools, and context without forking the core. Node / TypeScript.
Property-tax research assistant for McCracken County, KY. Real county records (parcels, owners, assessments, tax bills) with PostGIS spatial queries. LLM chat exposes 10+ MCP tools: parcel search, neighbor lookup, ownership portfolio tracing, valuation analysis, geocoding. Stripe payment integration, sheriff reconciliation exports, ingestion pipeline with custom field mapping. Next.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Qwen 3.5 35B via LM Studio.
Led architecture and delivery of Citibank's first all-Swift retail-banking app. Designed data, navigation, and security layers that were adopted across multiple Citi mobile teams. Built the Apple Watch companion app — its icon was featured on stage at Apple's Watch launch event. Also delivered the CitiGold Expansion: full-stack investment/trading features with a Java/Spring backend interfacing to an external trading house. Presented architecture to Citi CEO.
Civic finance infrastructure on Web3 rails. Architecting 5 iOS apps, macOS tooling, Solidity contracts (ERC-20/721/1155), and a Next.js operator dashboard spanning Ethereum mainnet, Base L2, and custom Reth nodes. Built a Model Context Protocol (MCP) federation layer linking local LLM inference with EVM automation.
AI-assisted reverse engineering of a legacy Windows system dating to the 1980s. Built custom DLL introspection and call tooling with Claude-assisted workflows to extract terabytes of previously inaccessible production data. White-hat approach with full client consent; delivered structured exports for modern analytics pipelines.
B2B remote patient monitoring platform for clinics. Co-founded with Brandi Harless. Built original Objective-C iOS app (2014); led migration to React Native (2016) and Flutter (2020), personally rewriting the Bluetooth LE scale integration in Dart.
