Agent & LLM systems: MCP server design, tool orchestration, multi-tier model routing, streaming with <think>-tag filtering and late-join buffering, local inference (exo, LM Studio, Ollama, MLX).
Customer embedding: Sit with the operator, model the real data, ship the thing. Done this in finance, healthcare, entertainment, retail, civic.
AI-assisted legacy work: Reverse engineering, custom introspection tooling, claude-in-the-loop workflows for extracting value from systems that shouldn't still be running.

farm-chat (Apr 2026): Tenant-agnostic LLM chat backend. 3-tier model routing, MCP tool integration, Redis-backed streaming with late-join replay. Pluggable adapters per tenant. Node/TypeScript.
taxr-mccracken (Mar 2026): AI-native property-tax research for McCracken County, KY. Real county data, PostGIS spatial queries, 10+ MCP tools (parcel search, ownership tracing, valuation, geocoding), Stripe, sheriff reconciliation. Embedded-domain build: I modeled the data by sitting with the records.
fork-accounts (Mar 2026): OAuth 2.1 identity provider serving all tenants — social login, admin approval workflow. Express + Prisma.
proofr / cbs / coachr / lawyr / surveyr (Feb–Mar 2026): Six additional tenant crops — document OCR+LLM analysis, community broadcasting w/ Tailscale voice streaming, education, legal, surveying. Each on its own custom domain.
Legacy data liberation (2025, financial services client): Led AI-assisted reverse engineering of a legacy Windows system (c. 1980s) — built custom DLL introspection and call tooling with Claude-assisted workflows to extract terabytes of previously inaccessible production data. White-hat, full client consent.
Taxr Web3 (2025): Civic finance protocol — 5 iOS apps, Solidity contracts (ERC-20/721/1155), Next.js dashboard across Ethereum, Base L2, custom Reth nodes. MCP federation bridging local LLMs and EVM automation.
PreventScripts MCP server (2025): Swift-based MCP server built unpaid for ops team data exploration at portfolio company.
